Service that keeps you riding

Every bike that rolls into our shop gets worked on by someone who actually rides. From a quick adjustment to a full rebuild, we treat your bike the way we'd treat our own, because we've been doing this for 25+ years, and we know what it takes to keep a bike running right.

From Tune-Up to Tear-Down

Walk-in adjustments, scheduled tune-ups, and specialty work — all under one roof.

If it rolls, we can service it: modern carbon race bikes, electronic drivetrains, e-bikes, and the old steel hardtail from your parents' shed.

03

Suspension Service, Setup & Tuning

Fork and shock work, done in-house.

Full rebuilds, lower leg service, seal and wiper kits, damper service, and air spring service.

We work on Fox, RockShox, Öhlins, and DVO.

Sag, rebound, compression, and air spring tuning matched to your weight, riding style, and terrain.

06

Bike Fitting

Position is power, and comfort, and injury prevention. A proper fit session covers saddle height and fore/aft, reach, bar height, cleat position, and cockpit adjustments.

Useful for new bike buyers, riders dealing with pain or numbness, and anyone trying to get more out of their current setup.

01

Tune-Ups

Three tiers to match what your bike actually needs.

Basic .... $85

The "I've got a ride this weekend" tune. Safety check, derailleur and brake adjustment, tire pressure, quick wipe-down.

Standard .... $125

Everything in Basic, plus drivetrain clean and lube, cable tension, full brake inspection, bearing check, and hub/headset adjustment.

Comprehensive .... $250

Full tear-down. Drivetrain stripped and cleaned, bottom bracket and headset serviced, brakes bled, bearings inspected, frame detailed, and a test ride before it goes back to you.

04

Frame Swaps

When you've got components worth keeping but a frame that's tired, cracked, or just not the right fit anymore, then a frame swap is the move.

We pull the drivetrain, brakes, wheels, cockpit, and any other parts worth carrying over, prep the new frame (bottom bracket, headset, derailleur hanger), route cables and hoses cleanly, and rebuild the bike as if it came that way from the factory.

07

Electronic Shifting & E-Bike Service

A rebuild is only half the job, setup is the other half.

Sag, rebound, compression, and air spring tuning matched to your weight, riding style, and terrain.

Dialed on the stand, verified on a test ride. Included with new bike purchases; offered standalone for existing bikes.

02

À La Carte

One-off work when a full tune isn't what you need. Walk-in friendly. Some small jobs happen same-day.

05

Wheel Building

Hand-built wheels, laced in-shop. Industry Nine hubs (made in Asheville), matched to the rim, spoke count, and tension that fits your weight and how you ride.

Repairs, rebuilds, and true-ups on existing wheels welcome.

Custom builds usually turn around in 1–2 weeks.

08

Bike Shipping

Flying to a race, moving across the country, or selling a bike online? A properly packed bike is the difference between arriving ready to ride and arriving in pieces.

We disassemble the bike to fit the box, protect every contact point with foam and padding, secure the frame and components against shifting, and box it to airline and carrier specifications.

The Parts Wall Runs Deep

Behind every service ticket and build is a parts inventory stocked with the names riders actually want.

Wheels and hubs from Industry Nine and Cane Creek, both built right here in Asheville.

Suspension from Fox and RockShox . Drivetrains and brakes from Shimano, SRAM, Magura, Campagnolo, microSHIFT, and Race Face.

Tires from Maxxis, Schwalbe, Continental, Goodyear, Kenda, and Panaracer, with tire armor from Tannus and of coure CushCore.

Grips, saddles, and contact points from Ergon, Sensus, and Meaty Pawz.

Protection from Troy Lee Designs, Lazer, and POC.

Chain care from Muc-Off.

And when it's time to get the bike to the trailhead, racks from Yakima, Kuat, Saris, RockyMounts, and Hollywood.

If it's on the bike, we probably stock it - and if we don't, we can get it.
