Trail & Mountain

The Asheville area of Western NC is one of the best mountain biking regions in the country, and it's all in our backyard.

Bent Creek is the everyday favorite, fast, flowing, endless loop options, and accessible from the Asheville shop in minutes. 

For gravel, the forest roads of Pisgah National Forest offer everything from mellow dirt cruises to full-day epics with serious elevation.

Pisgah National Forest has seemingly endless trails and gravel roads to explore. You can go out for an hour loop, or make a week long saga of riding out in the beautiful forest!

DuPont State Forest delivers granite slabs, waterfalls, and some of the most photographed trails in the Southeast. The varying terrain and surfaces make for a unique riding experience in WNC

Old Fort has become a destination in its own right. With trails strewn all over the surround slopes for backcountry adventure, and the G5 Trail Collective's new trail network turning it into one of the fastest-growing riding spots in the state.

All of these are 30 minutes or less from at least one of our shops.

Town & Paved

Some days call for easy pedaling and a good view.

Downtown Black Mountain has quiet streets, the Flat Creek Greenway, and easy connector routes out into the country.

Downtown Asheville offers the French Broad River Greenway and flat, scenic miles along the water - perfect for e-bike cruisers and casual loops with a brewery of your choice to finish the ride.

Hendersonville's Oklawaha Greenway and Ecusta Trail offer the perfect easy riding experience in the mountains. This very bike-able town offers expanding bike lanes to get you around town on your safely.

Cruiser e-bikes from our Black Mountain and Hendersonville shops are tailor-made for this kind of riding.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple Reservation, Easy Pickup

Reserve online or by phone. Pick up from whichever shop works best for your trip — Black Mountain, Asheville, or Hendersonville.

We'll size the bike, dial suspension sag to your weight, and send you out with a helmet and trail advice/recommendations.

Tell us your skill level, how long you want to be out, and what kind of riding you're after, and we'll point you to the trailhead, sketch out a loop, and let you know what to expect.

Half-day, full-day, and multi-day rates available. Requires ID and signed rental agreement at pickup.

Return time is before shop closure. No After-hours pick-ups or drop-off.
